Y-NODE Software offers the following project development models for our customers to choose from:
Fixed Price Model
If you have a clear picture of what the final product must look like and have a detailed technical description, such as a blueprint, then this model is the one to use. However, one of the prerequisites for initiating this kind of project is that the customer agrees to refrain from making changes to the terms of reference once they have been endorsed. Based on the project's scope, our specialists would then review the amount and complexity of work involved and come up with the project's cost estimate.
This model allows you to know precisely how much the project would cost well before it is launched.
Time and Materials Model
When it is impossible, at the time of signing the contract, to estimate the amount and complexity of work involved to complete a project, or if you leave yourself the option of making changes well into the process of project development, then it is a floating price contract that is one to consider, called also time and materials model. This model suggests that you pay monthly installments, calculated based on the total amount of work done.
